Guided Meditations

When you listen to these recordings, always make sure that you are in a safe environment so that you can close your eyes and put your full attention on your meditative experience. Most people prefer to sit quietly in a comfortable place for meditation.

If you want to up the fun, grab a piece of blank paper and some colorful markers or crayons.  When you're finished with the visualization, take a minute and draw what you imagined.  You'll be surprised how different your experience can be from day to day!
